Actor Peter Martin, the star of the fondly remembered ‘The Jewson Lot’ TV advertisements made a surprise appearance at this year’s sales conference.
Peter, now probably best known for his role of Joe in hit sit-com The Royle Family, starred in the long running series of Jewson adverts starting back in the early 1980’s. He was part of our nostalgic look back at the Jewson’s long history and he also announced plans for a major celebration in 2011,
backed by a fresh new image, new tag line and a major marketing campaign.
