This week our senior management team are making their final preparations to undertake the Jewson Jaunt in aid of our chosen charity partner Macmillan. But don’t let the name fool you – it’s a challenging 60-mile hike along the North Wales path!
The North Wales path is a coastal route running from Bangor in the west to Prestatyn in the east. The terrain is pretty varied, with significant stretches of extreme hills as well as quaint lanes and paths connecting the seaside towns and villages.
The western section of the route is the more challenging, climbing onto moorlands below Moel Wnion, and continuing below Foel Fras and Tal y Fan and then over Conwy Mountain. The team aim to complete the challenge over four consecutive days – a difficult task!

The support from colleagues, customers and suppliers so far has been fantastic but we’re still busy still raising funds. Macmillan is such a great cause, we want to raise as much as we can to help.”
