We’re very proud of the way our staff support our charity partnerships, and this year is no different with many finding different (and sometime ingenious) ways of contributing. Sabrina Bailey, Janet Knight, Becky Tsang, Louise Willets and Maria Yallop from our Finance Team have joined forces to complete the ‘Wolf Run’ this June. With a pack name of ‘Rainbow Cats’ the team hope to collect their very own pot of gold for Macmillan upon completion of the race.
The Wolf Run is what’s known as ‘Wild Running’, a unique combination of three kinds of off road running: through mud, trails and obstacles. Taking place in Leicestershire in June, it’s the only race of its kind in the UK. A gruelling challenge, the team will need to complete a staggering 10km across natural terrain, including open ground, woodlands and thick mud. Whether they run, walk or crawl the ultimate aim is to raise £1,500 for Macmillan.
