Visiting the Ideal Home Show? Don’t Miss the Tree House!

We’ve donated over £14,500 of building materials to help construct an amazing treehouse for this year’s Ideal Home Show. If you’re planning on visiting the show, stop by and take a look!

Quiet Mark, the headline sponsors of the Ideal Home Show, wanted a state of the art treehouse as the main feature at this year’s show. The aim was to create an escape from the hustle and bustle of today’s noisy world in the form of a timber haven. We’re also very happy to say that after the show, the tree house will be given to Chestnut Tree House, a hospice for terminally ill children in West Sussex.

The treehouse has been designed by one of our very own customers, Blue Forest, and is one of five high profile show homes on display at the exhibition.

Scott Cooper, one of our Area Directors said: “Jewson strongly believes in working with the local community and this particular donation is a truly unforgettable one. What makes it all the more worthwhile is that the treehouse will be given to terminally ill children at The Chesnut Treehouse Children’s Hospice. The hospice has wanted a treehouse for some time and finally they are going to have one, which is wonderful.”

The Ideal Home Show runs from the 14-30th March 2014 at Earls Court. To buy tickets visit: http://www.idealhomeshow.co.uk/latest-news/show-news/368-get-ideal-home-show-2014-tickets-at-2013-prices
