If you haven’t heard yet, our Charity Partnership Week started on Monday and our employees are in the spirit raising money for Macmillan cancer support!
Lee Jarvis, branch manager at our Builth Wells branch has been doing a brilliant job raising money for the charity by driving 690-miles across Wales to visit each of our 38 Welsh branches.
Lee travelled South East to his first stop Newport as part of the 230 mile a day tour. On the third, and final day of his travels Lee will travel along the stunning Welsh coast towards his last stop, our Chirk branch toting up 19 hours of travel.
Lee has been a great employer of ours for 19 years, since working at the Builth Hills branch he has not visited over half of the local branches. As part of the charity drive, Lee will complete one of his personal goals of visiting all the branches so that he can meet fellow managers to learn more about what they do.
The variation in branch sizes and the diversity across our Network is huge, and Lee can’t wait to raise money for a great cause, while undertaking this fantastic opportunity to support some of his colleagues who have been affected by cancer.
