Our Sustainability Days have proven to be a great success so far with over 130 people attending our last one at our Redhill branch on 28th July! As they have been so popular we are holding more Sustainability days for you; on 20th September at Ipswich branch and 12th October at Birkenhead branch.
On 20th September building professionals and DIYers are invited to visit the Ipswich branch of Jewson on Greyfriars Road to learn about sustainable solutions, which will help to shape the buildings of the future. The sustainability day which will run from 9am – 4pm, will share information on sustainable products and building practices. The day will also include presentations every hour from specialist suppliers covering topics such as heat pumps, solar PV, rainwater harvesting, insulation and underfloor heating, visitors will gain a wealth of useful information. In addition, information on the Greenworks Training Academy will also be provided.
On 12th October all are welcome to the Trade and Sustainability day at Birkenhead branch. The day will run from 7.30am – 5pm. There will be free sustainable building seminars every hour and over 50 supplier product demonstrations. They’ll be one day only exclusive product offers and great competitions for customers to get involved in. They’ll also be free breakfast – so if you’re attending get there early and get your bacon butty!
